Clicking on a collection takes me to the same page

❓ Issue/Question

• When user wants to open a collection from a “Collection” tab it redirects him to “Collection” tab and doesn’t allow to open the collection.

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Confirm the browser with the customer.
• Ask the user to try using the incognito mode of the browser
• Ask the user to reset the browser.

🥚 Cause

• Most likely a browser cache issue.

• User can't see the media due to browser cache memory problem
