❓ Issue/Question
- If there’s a live failure, we can offer an accelerated upload link to upload the recording afterwards.
- I don't see anymore the "extra large upload" button is that normal ?
- Is possible to upload files to this collection with MASV?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- The account has have a feature flag enabled for the MASV External upload link.
- If you're not able to see the link generation button, you should reach out to the Support Chat and request the feature!
- Once you’re sure the account is enabled for MASV External upload links, follow the next steps:
- Go to the collection
- On the top right, click on the
… > Generate Masv Upload Link
