How to create a new collection?

In order for you to create a new collection on the platform, the Collection management > Can create collection permission should be enabled on your account. 

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

  • How do I create a collection on the ScorePlay platform?

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Go to Configure > Collection Management
  • Click on New

 

  • Enter the Name, Date, and a Parent collection
    • The newly created sub-collection will be located inside the parent collection
  • Toggle Auto-apply tags from the parent collection
    • If you're creating a sub-collection, it will inherit all tags applied to the parent collection it's in.
  • Assign Teams, External groups, and Add Tags
    • Those three types of tags will be added to each media inside the collection.
  • Use the Raw name in the Advanced settings section to assign an external ID to the collection.
  • Enable Teams - require player detection toggle if you'd like the teams to only be tagged, if a player from that team has been detected by the AI.
