❓ Issue/Question
- The extension of this video clip is a JPEG
- The media plays and downloads as a video, but its name ends in
.jpg, and the extension can't be changed when you edit the name
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via the Live Chat
- Share the link to the media
- The Support team corrects the extension in the media name
🔖 Notes
- The downloaded file is always the original video. Only the name shows the wrong extension
- The name field locks the extension it finds in the name, so a wrong extension can't be fixed from the UI
- How to change the file name of the media?
