- Why the Analytics tab under media details is not working? I would like to check who downloaded an asset but it's empty even if I downloaded the assets as a test
- The
Analyticstab of a media stays empty right after you download it, even after a page refresh
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Refresh the page after downloading the media
- If the download doesn't show yet, wait a few minutes and refresh the page again
- If it still doesn't show, reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via the Live Chat
