In order for you to add media to a sub-project, the Projects > Can upload permission must be enabled on your account.

❓ Issue/Question
- Is there a way to select media and copy them into a subfolder within a project? I only see the option to copy media into a project but not the subfolders within it

Add the media from inside the sub-project
- Open the sub-project
- Click
Add content - Filter the media by tags or teams and select the media you want

Workaround: Use a project instead of a sub-project
- Create a new project
- Open the collection, select the media and click
Copy to project
