How to share a video with all staff so they can view it but not download it?

We want all staff to only open and see a video we share; new users log in with SSO and get the default account type, existing users have different account types. Is there a way to set this up automatically?

Create a dedicated tag for the restricted media
- For example “No download” or “Staff video”, and apply it to the video
Block the download with an account type policy
- Add the tag to the download policy of every account type involved, so those users cannot download media carrying that tag
