Where do I upload my photos as a photographer?

💻 Environment/Context

• FTP
• Upload
• Photographer

❓ Issue/Question

• I'm the photographer for X; where do I find the upload section for the game night photos?
• You've been asked to deliver photos to a club, league or federation that uses ScorePlay and you don't have any upload details yet

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Ask your organization's ScorePlay admin for your upload details; ScorePlay Support cannot issue credentials to photographers, as the platform admin manages them
  • Via FTP (most common for match photos): the admin creates an FTP user for you and sends you the host, username and password; you then upload from your camera or an FTP client such as Cyberduck
    • How to connect your camera to Live (FTP)?
    • How to access an FTP subdomain using Cyberduck?
  • Via the platform: the admin creates a ScorePlay account for you with upload permissions; you then sign in and use the Upload button
• Use the connection details exactly as received; the FTP username is prefixed with the platform's subdomain and the password cannot be viewed again once created, so ask the admin for a new FTP user if you lose it
