💻 Environment/Context
- Playback
- Clips
❓ Issue/Question
- I'm trying to clip this file but it's only showing the first 17 minutes available to clip of a 2h49 file
- The video plays, but the player and the clipping tool show a much shorter duration than the uploaded file
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via the Live Chat with the link to the media; the original file is intact and the playable version needs to be generated again
🥚 Cause
- The transcoding of the original file stopped early, so the proxy used for playback and clipping only covers the first part of the video; the original file itself is complete
🔖 Notes
- Clips are cut from the proxy, so a truncated proxy limits the clipping range even though the original is complete
