Cannot edit the file name of a media

❓ Issue/Question

• I cannot edit the file name of a media item even though I have the correct permissions
• A colleague can no longer edit file names, although he has permission to do so. Can this get looked at, please?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Check the permission on your account type
  • Media Library > Can edit file name must be enabled for your account type
  • If the permission is missing, or you cannot see the permissions at all, ask your platform admin to review them
• Rule out a browser cache issue
  • Open a new Incognito or Private tab in Chrome
  • Log in to ScorePlay and try editing the file name again
  • If it works there, clear your browser cache and reload ScorePlay normally
