❓ Issue / Question
- Is it possible to delete FTP accounts that are no longer active from the Account filter?
- I already deleted the Photographer FTP account, but why do they still appear in the Account filter?
👌 Resolution / Answer
- This display issue is now fixed. When you delete an FTP account, it's also removed from the Account filter
- If old accounts from before the fix still appear, reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via Live Chat and we'll remove them
🔖 Notes
- Media uploaded with the Upload button on the Live page isn't linked to any FTP account, so it doesn't appear when you filter by account
