In order for you to generate a new API key, the Settings > Can view page and Settings > Can view api key permission should be enabled on your account.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- A lost API key can't be retrieved or resent, including by the ScorePlay support team
🥚 Cause
- ScorePlay stores only a secure fingerprint (hash) of each API key and the key's last four characters, so the full key can't be recovered
