❓ Issue/Question

• I accidentally ended our live stream while the event was still running

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Reschedule the live stream
  • Go to Live > Schedule
  • Find the schedule of the stream that was ended 
    • Use the Date filter for easier navigation
  • Click the … button and select Duplicate
  • Set the start time of the new schedule to at least 1-2 minutes from the current time 
    • How do I schedule a live event in ScorePlay? 
  • Click Create
• Check that the stream goes live
  • Go to the Streams tab 
  • Check that the stream changes to Live once your encoder or broadcaster sends the signal 

🔖 Notes 

• In order for you to follow the above steps, the Live > Can schedule in stream permission should be enabled on your account
• Live stream is not working
