The external FTP shareable link is showing the whole media library

💻 Environment/Context

• FTP
• Live
• Sharable link
• External link

❓ Issue/Question

• We have a problem creating a link to the Live folder. The link is created but when opened you see our entire media gallery, not just the live folder.

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Please contact the ScorePlay Support team via Live Chat to report the issue

• To work around it, you can:
  • Publish the media into a new specific collection and share the collection externally
    • Types of shareable links and how to create them
  • If the above isn’t feasible because the media shouldn’t be uploaded to the platform yet, you can create a dedicated user account with limited permissions for anyone who needs to review the FTP media.
    • How to create new users via a Sign-up Link?

🔖 Notes

• Can I create a public sharable link without filters?
