❓ Issue/Question
- Hello, trying to select a different audio track on my feed whilst watching the day one integrated feed, but the option is not there
- I am unable to see the headphone button that allows me to select different audio tracks on my live stream
👌 Resolution/Answer

Check the browser
- If you don't see the headphone icon, open the platform in Google Chrome, or in an Incognito or private window

Check how many tracks the feed sends
- The headphone icon only shows when the live receives more than one audio track
- Ask your feed provider how many audio tracks they send. A feed with more than one track needs to be sent over SRT, since RTMP carries only one
- If the live uses a live preset with custom audio channels, make sure the preset doesn't map more tracks than the feed sends
- If audio was added after the stream started, recreate the live
🥚 Cause
- Some browsers, Safari in particular, don't display the player controls correctly
- The feed sends only one audio track, or fewer tracks than the live preset maps, so there's no extra track to pick
