In order for you to add new players on your platform, the Teams & players > Can create player permission must be enabled on your account.
If you're unable to follow any of the steps below, kindly reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Navigate to
Configure>Teams & Players>Players - In the top right corner, click
New>From CSV
- Download the sample CSV file when prompted
- Fill in the CSV file with the players you’d like to create
- Drag and drop the completed CSV file into the upload box
- Once the upload is done, the players are created automatically
