I can't upload media despite having upload permissions enabled

• Upload failed error

❓ Issue/Question

• I am an account admin, and I can't create a collection or upload any pictures into folders
• I am getting an "Upload failed" error when uploading media to a collection
• I have a colleague who can't upload photos and just gets an error. With my account that has the same upload permissions, I can upload without any problem

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Open the platform in an incognito window of your browser
• If it works there, the issue comes from your browser cache
  • Clear your browser cache, then use the platform in a normal window again
