A tag, team or player doesn't show up in search

❓ Issue/Question

• I recently created the tags “Øst” and “Børn,” and today the tag is gone, I'm not able to search for media with such tag in the media library
• Our club does not appear in the general search within the Media Library
• The media shows the tag when you open it, but it doesn't appear when you filter by that tag in the Media Library

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Search the tag under another spelling
  • Search without accents or special characters, e.g. identite for identité
  • For a team created by a competition integration, search the provider's name, which is often abbreviated
• Add a second name to the tag
  • Open the tag in Taxonomy and add a synonym, e.g. Born for Børn, or the club's full name

• Turn off auto-translation
  • Turn off your browser's automatic translation for ScorePlay
• Tag the media in the Media Library
  • Search the media by file name in the Media Library
  • Open it and add the tag

🥚 Cause

• Search matches the tag's name, which can differ from the label you see: accents are dropped (identite for identité), and integration teams keep the provider's name
• Browser translation changes the page text, so the search looks for the translated word
• Tags added in a project only exist in that project
