FILE_NOT_FOUND when publishing media from FTP

❓ Issue/Question

• I am trying to send some files from the FTP to a collection, and I get this message
  
• I get a FILE_NOT_FOUND error when I publish media from Live > Media from FTP to a collection

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Contact the ScorePlay Support team
  • Reach out via the Live Chat
  • The support team identifies the media with a missing file and moves the rest of the media to your collection

🥚 Cause

• One or more of the selected media no longer has its original file in storage
• The thumbnail is still there, so the media looks normal in the Media from FTP section
• One missing file makes the whole publish fail, including the media whose files are fine

• We've logged a feature request to skip media with a missing file instead of failing the whole publish, and to show which files failed
