โ“ Issue/Question

  • How do I send content to YouTube?
  • How do I share a clip directly on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok?
  • How do you link our social platforms to share clips directly to our channels instead of downloading and then posting?

ย

๐Ÿ‘Œ Resolution/Answer

  • Link your social accounts
  • Open the Publish tab
    • Open a video from the Media library or a live stream and start a clip
    • The Publish tab opens by default in the right-side panel

  • Set the clip output
    • Open Clip output, which applies to all destinations
    • File quality: FULL HD by default. Social platforms post in this quality, so keeping it avoids an extra transcoding step
    • Branding preset: adds your intro, outro, watermark, or overlay
    • Pick the audio tracks to keep, when the video has more than one

  • Send the clip to the Media library
    • Turn on Destinations > Media libraryย
    • Enter the Clip name, which becomes the file name in the Media library
    • Select a Collection and add Tags
    • Turn on Set files as private, or limit the clip to specific account types in Available to
    • Click Save

  • Send the clip to your social accounts
    • Under Social media, turn on each account you want to post to (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X, Bluesky)
    • Write the Post caption
    • For YouTube, enter a Title and a Description
    • Type @ in the caption to mention an account on the published post
    • Click Apply to all destinations to copy the caption to your other accounts
    • Click Save
    • An account appears disabled when the clip is longer or larger than that platform allows (see platforms duration and file size limits in the Notes below)

  • Publish the clip
    • Click Publish
    • Notifications show when the clip is created and when it's posted

ย
